Acceptable Use Policy

ComputeMint provides private GPU compute for student projects, such as coursework, research, learning and personal projects. The following are not allowed:

• Anything illegal under Indian law, or that helps someone else break the law.
• Creating or distributing child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving minors. We report this to the authorities.
• Weapons, explosives or other content meant to cause physical harm.
• Malware, hacking, cracking passwords or keys, or gaining unauthorised access to any system or account.
• Stealing credentials or personal data, or illegal surveillance.
• Harassment, stalking, doxxing, or content targeting a real person.
• Fraud, scams, phishing or impersonation.
• Cryptocurrency mining.
• Attacking, probing or overloading ComputeMint, trying to break out of the job container, or getting around limits (including by sharing accounts or reselling access).
• Uploading content you don't have the right to use.

How we enforce it

Jobs run only as approved workload types, with no internet access and strict resource limits. We log job metadata such as sizes, times and resource use. We don't routinely inspect the contents of your files, but we may review a job's files when we receive a credible report of misuse, and may keep evidence where the law requires it. If you break this policy, we may stop your jobs, suspend or close your account, and report illegal activity to the authorities.
